If you are an agency entering a company on their behalf, please state the company name on the entry form to avoid confusion. Please ensure you provide your contact details and most importantly those of the company you are entering for. If they become a finalist we will need direct contact with them. 

If you enter during the Early Bird period (until the last weekend in April) it costs £195+VAT per submission. After Early Bird the cost of entry is £295+VAT.

You receive a discounted price if you enter and submit during our Early Bird period, which closes on 24 April 2020. It’s also a good way to enter more than one award to increase your chances of winning.

Absolutely! Take a look at all of the categories in detail to decide which ones are suitable for your company—there is no limit. Submit during the Early Bird to get a discount on your entries.

Each entry form has a strict 1000-word limit. If you wish to add any supporting documents, you can attach a file of no more than six pages (3 double sided sheets) and 15 MB. You cannot exceed this limit.

It’s a surprise! We will reveal the keynote speaker shortly before the event on our website and social channels. Previously we have hosted Major Tim Peake, Joanna Lumley, Sir Mo Farah, William Hague, Buzz Aldrin, Bob Geldof and Sir Ben Ainslie, among others.

The finalists will be announced at the end of July. You will be contacted via email to let you know whether your entry has been successful. We will also announce the shortlist on our website and social media.

It's very easy! You will need to access our entries platform where you will be asked for some information about you and your business. You will then be able to select the award category you wish to enter and you'll be asked to provide your story in no more than 1000 words. Everything is explained in full once you register and select the category

If you do not have the enough information in time for the deadline, please ensure you fill out the financials form using your projected figures. If at a later stage you can update it, please let us know.

You can begin and edit an entry for free—payment is required only upon submission. You can pay, submit and edit an entry up to the deadline if you wish. Payment can be made using a credit card or invoice.

You will receive an email to confirm that your entry has been submitted correctly. If you do not receive this please contact us at [email protected]. You will then be informed in July when the shortlist is announced whether your entry has been successful.

Judging is a two-stage process, undertaken by leaders and experts from across the business world. Shortlisting is done by a small and elite group, with the final judging taking place in September (date will be specified on the entry form). Members of your senior/core team related to the entry will be asked to come and present to a panel – dragons’ den style. More information will be available if you become a finalist.

If you are shortlisted, you will receive a single complimentary place at the awards ceremony hosted by the sponsor or judges. We recommend you also purchase another table or individual tickets for your company, team or clients to celebrate with you. Tables & seats will be available to purchase from the homepage of the website.

No. In order to complete your entry, you need to complete the financial form. This information is strictly for use in the judging process and will not be viewed by anyone outside of the judging panel. No information will be published or used on the night of the awards.

No—you can purchase individual tickets for up to nine people.

As a shortlisted company, you can take advantage of press releases, media interviews, and significant coverage of your story on social media and in email campaigns. You’ll also have an opportunity to be mentioned in our supplement in a national newspaper and get a feature in the Book of Excellence on the night.
