She has led award winning, strategic customer experience and employee experience transformations for over 100 organisations including some of the world’s greatest brands; O2, Royal Mail, Microsoft, Legal & General, LEGO, The Cabinet Office, M&S, Staples, BT and the Cabinet Office and government agencies.
With substantial international and board advisory experience in the corporate customer experience, service and sales environment, Natalie is the ‘go to’ person when it comes to improving customer experience, increasing employee engagement and positively impacting the bottom line.
An inspiring keynote speaker and author, she has been re-appointed judge for the Customer Experience & Loyalty award for the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards for several years.
In the wider community Natalie has also been instrumental in the establishment of a Free School, as Joint Chair. She is based in London and has twin daughters.
