Criteria:

Whether it's a new idea, product, method, technology, process or application the Orange Innovation Award will go to the organisation with an innovation that has transformed the way it does business, improved its commercial performance, operational effectiveness or given its customers something entirely new. The application can be based on the development of a specific project implemented over the last 18 months.

 

 
Please see a list of sample questions below:

- Describe the innovation or innovations entered for this Award and the process by which the market opportunity was identified, developed and brought to market.
 

- Explain how the leaders of the organisation support and are engaged in the process of innovation.


- Describe the main changes the innovation has made to the operation of the company, stating the key development and implementation barriers that arose and how they were overcome.


- Explain how the organisation engaged management and staff in development and implementation of this innovation and how, on a broader basis, it encourages and recognises innovation in the day to day working environment.
