Criteria:

 This Award will go to the organisation with less than 250 employees that can best demonstrate how it understands the link between staff well being and improved performance and has made the health and well-being of its workforce a key part of its day to day operation. The judges will take into account the issues of resource availability in an SME and will be looking for the organisation which has best deployed the available resources to create initiatives that maintain a safe and healthy working environment, promote healthy lifestyle choices and promote positive well-being practices throughout the organisation.
