This Award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate how it has applied its human and supporting resources to achieve and sustain commercial and competitive success. The judges are looking for evidence of the company values driving a developing and equal opportunities people strategy in a stimulating and supportive workplace.

- Describe the key tenets of your organisation’s human resources policy and state who is responsible for its ongoing improvement, development and implementation.

- Describe how the organisation’s employment strategy identifies and develops the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure the customer service strategy is effectively delivered.

- State your organisation’s diversity and equal opportunity policies.
 

- Please state the method and frequency by which the organisation measures employee satisfaction and explain to whom the results are reported and how they drive future policy development? Please provide a summary of results for the past 3 years.

- How are staff engaged in the employee satisfaction improvement process?
