Criteria:

This Award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate how it has worked to sustain the health and well-being of its workforce to the mutual benefit of the staff and the organisation. The judges will be looking for evidence that the organisation understands the link between healthy staff and improved performance and seeks to maintain a safe and healthy working environment beyond legal its obligations, promote healthy lifestyle choices and promote positive wellbeing management practices throughout the organisation.

- State how employees have been engaged in your Health Work and Well Being initiatives and describe the ongoing feedback and communication processes designed to sustain their momentum including the steps taken to make Health Work and Well Being a part of the normal day to day operation of the organisation.

- How does Health Work and Well Being fit within your organisation's corporate social responsibility strategy?

- Outline the benefits for your organisation as a result of the implementation of your initiatives
