Included in the DNA kit will be a month’s free access to the world’s first DNA Menu Planner, where individuals who have been DNAFit- tested will receive menus matched to their genes to help them lose weight.
The test will recognise whether an individual is sensitive to putting on weight from eating refined carbohydrates or saturated fats, which will enable the device to tailor a genetically suitable eating regime for each individual. The kit will also inform individuals on the number carbohydrates, fats and calories which should be consumed per meal, to reach their targeted weight.
