6. Social media has revolutionised business through customer insight and feedback.
7. There’s a big difference between transformation and just getting better.
8. Ecommerce is booming because it is designed around customer experience. 
9. Successful enterprises combine family values with autonomous, entrepreneurial management teams.
10. Some truly innovative business ideas are being tested in charities.
