When confirming you place at a National Business Awards Growth Summit:

* I agree to contact a member of the National Business Awards team if i am unable to attend the event and accept a £100 fee if i do not do this within 7 working days prior to the event

* I agree that the name submitted will be the name of the person attending the summit and that this is non transferable.

You acknowledge that when attending a UBM Live event your image may be captured on video or in photographs taken at the event and that by attending such event you consent to the use of your image in such video recordings and photographs by UBM Live and its related companies ("the UBM Live Group") in the UBM Live Group publications or on UBM Live Group websites, including material for promotion of UBM Live Group events and products.
