Rob Hawthorn, Managing Director Client Service, Barclays CorporateRob joined Barclays in 1981 and is a qualified banking professional with experience working in the branch network, cash management sales in Europe and North America and Offshore Servicing.

Under his leadership, the Corporate Bank Contact Centre has won 5 National Business awards including overall Employer of the Year in the UK in 2006 and European Call Centre of the Year twice in 2005, 2007 and Advisor of the Year in 2008. The centre is Industry-leading in terms of low levels of attrition and absence with corresponding high standards of external customer satisfaction.

He is an established international conference speaker and has been a judge for 4 years at national level.

Gabriel Hopkins is the Head of eCommerce products at WorldPay, Europe’s leading e-Commerce payments provider.

Gabriel joined WorldPay in 2005 and is currently responsible for the management and development of the company’s range of online payment services, which includes: payment processing, acquiring and risk management services. He is also in charge of marketing as well as the management of payment supplier and acquirer relationships. He chairs the eCommerce Change Board.

Gabriel's previous experience includes a mixture of technical and commercial roles in eCommerce and payments. In 1995, he worked on the development of one of the first internet portals - The London Mall. Later, at earthport.com, he was the chief architect of an eWallet solution, which was adopted by the Egg bank in 2000.

Keith’s 30 years of business expertise keep SunGard Availability Services’ European operations at the top its field.  He is responsible for day-to-day profit and loss accounts and all aspects of sales, marketing, delivery and development, for a business that turns over in excess of $340m and employs over 600 people.  The role includes overseeing over 3,000 customers across Europe and India. His vision as EVP & managing director is to drive the company towards its goal of being the “IT solutions provider of choice to ensure the availability of our customer’s business operations”. Keith joined SunGard in November 2001 when it acquired Comdisco.  Prior to that, he worked for Failsafe Roc Ltd., Istel and Rover Cars – progressing from the IT department to operations manager then moving into various commercial and product management roles.
