Sustainable Business is now at the centre stage of our economy – without sustainability there is no stability and no growth, and the finance and accounting function is vital in creating the means and pathways towards developing a more sustainable future not only for business but for the world.

Developing and creating sustainable businesses means putting thoughts and plans into action.  As well as simply talking about it, it’s a matter “of deciding and doing something.”

The accountancy profession has a vital role to play in changing the way we approach sustainable business and ICAEW is helping to transform these ideas into positive action.

ICAEW Chartered Accountants have a key role to play by ensuring that people can rely on the financial information they use in order to make decisions.
