This award recognises the company that successfully applies any form of innovation, celebrating the ideas that have had the greatest impact on an organisation or industry.
Whether the innovation is a new product, a service or a culture of improvement, the judges will look for evidence of how the innovation has been developed and applied to improve commercial performance, operational effectiveness or customer engagement.
Open to any organisation operating in the public, private or third sector, this Award will go to the company that can best demonstrate an innovation or innovative approach that has:
• Created competitive advantage • Contributed to significant growth • Transformed the organisation or wider industry • Improved overall financial performance • Achieved operational excellence • Embedded ethical or sustainable practices • Helped staff deliver better customer service • Increased market share or customer loyalty • Supported strong leadership and management
“M Squared really stood out as it not only had innovation as part of its DNA, but was an organisation which built commercial success around this approach. In a highly scientific field, they clearly understood that the technology had to stand as marketable product. To support this they have also developed a highly collaborative approach not only with interested parties, but also with their staff and customers.”
